The industry where chillers are used is very extensive, especially in industrial manufacturing. Chillers also have energy-saving and intelligent features. Understanding the normal operation signs and cooling capacity adjustment methods of industrial chillers can enable better operation of chillers. At the same time, it is important to pay attention to the following points during the operation of different models of chillers, their parameters, and the method of adjusting refrigeration capacity:

1. Check if the pipes and power supply of the chiller are connected properly.
2. Whether the chiller unit can operate normally and whether there are any abnormalities.
3. Whether the pressure and temperature of the evaporator, condenser, and refrigerant are normal.
4. Whether the inlet and outlet volume, temperature, and pressure of the evaporator's chilled water are normal.
5. Check if the inlet and outlet temperature and pressure of the capacitor cooling water are normal.
6. Is the current and voltage of the chiller normal.
7. Check if there is any leakage in the unit valve of the chiller.
