Working principle of laser water chiller
A certain amount of water is injected into the case, and then the water is cooled by the cooling system of the water chiller. The cooling water is circulated to the laser equipment through the water pump, and the cooling purpose is achieved by reciprocating circulation.

Selection of laser water chiller
1. Refrigeration capacity
According to the photoelectric conversion efficiency of the laser equipment, calculate the heat generated, and then select the appropriate industrial water chiller.
2. Temperature control accuracy
For semiconductor lasers, the temperature control accuracy must be ± 0.1 ℃, which requires the compressor to predict the temperature change rule and adapt to the load change. Quanguan can provide different temperature control systems according to different equipment requirements.
3. Water flow and booster pump head
The cooling capacity provided by the compressor, while the water flow represents the capacity of the chiller to take away heat, and the water flow is controlled by the booster pump.
4. Thermal efficiency and water volume
With the same cooling capacity and water volume of the compressor, the operation control mode with PID feedback function will greatly improve the cooling capacity of the whole system.
5. Water quality requirements
If the purified water is not replaced for a long time, bacteria and impurities will grow and deposit on the laser, which will affect the life and use effect of the laser.
