Gears are important transmission devices in mechanical equipment. With the development of the mechanical industry in recent years, various mechanical equipment have emerged in various fields of people's production and life, and gears have naturally been widely used. In the current market, gears can be classified according to different transmission methods.
1. According to the relative position of the two axes and the direction of the teeth:
(1) spur gear transmission;
(2) Helical cylindrical gear transmission;
(3) Herringbone gear transmission;
(4) Bevel gear transmission;
(5) Misaligned helical gear transmission.
2. According to the working condition of the gears:
(1) Open gear transmission;
(2) Half open gear transmission;
(3) Closed gear transmission.
3. According to the relative important position of its axis:
(1) According to the external design of the gear, it can be divided into two cylinders for gear mechanism transmission, bevel gear system transmission, non circular gear transmission through transmission, rack and pinion transmission, and worm gear transmission;
(2) According to the tooth profile curve of the gear teeth, it includes establishing involute gears as well as transmission, cycloidal gears as transmission, and circular arc gear transmission.
