Laser welding machine is currently one of the commonly used laser processing equipment. In order to make laser welding and laser splicing work better, reduce the number of failures, and increase work efficiency, we can learn about the equipment's fault problems and solutions:

laser welding

Fault 1: When cracks appear during laser welding machine welding:
1. If the workpiece is not cleaned thoroughly, clean it again;
2. The cooling speed of the workpiece is too fast, raise the temperature of the cooling water on the fixture;
3. Excessive clearance or burrs between workpieces can improve machining accuracy;
4. If the flow rate of protective gas is too high, it can be reduced.

Fault 2: When the flame of the laser welding machine weakens during welding:
1. The main optical path laser offset can adjust the main optical path full reflection and semi reflection film, and use image paper to check and adjust the circular light spot;
2. If the resonant cavity membrane of the focusing lens or laser is damaged or contaminated, it can be replaced and cleaned;
3. The shutter is fully opened, and lubricating oil can be added to the shutter connector to ensure smooth mechanical operation of the connector;
4. The laser did not output from the copper nozzle below the focusing head. Adjust the 45 degree reflection film to output the laser from the nozzle.

Fault 3: When the laser welding machine is welding and the weld seam is very black:
1. The nitrogen is not turned on, just turn it on;
2. The direction of the protective airflow is incorrect, and the direction of the protective airflow is opposite to the direction of the workpiece's movement;

Fault 4: When the welding depth of the laser welding machine is not enough:
1. The defocus amount of the focusing mirror is incorrect, and the position should be adjusted;
2. Insufficient laser energy, increase current and pulse width.
