1. Unreasonable engineering construction and design installation cause corrosion.
Some industry friends may have encountered situations where, after purchasing industrial chillers, especially ordinary chillers, they have not undergone anti-corrosion or rust prevention processes and are directly placed in outdoor environments. Over time, exposure to wind and sun can cause shell corrosion.
2. Corrosion caused by incorrect installation or abnormal operation of the water processor.
The cooling water pipeline is the channel through which the water-cooled chiller circulates cooling water. The water quality determines whether the system pipeline has scale and rust. If the water processor is not installed properly or works abnormally, it can cause rust to occur.
3. The dirt remover is mostly a Y-shaped filter, which is weak in filtering small impurities.
The Y-shaped filter is easy to install and clean, and can perform coarse filtration on mechanical impurities, iron filings, and sand particles. 4. There is no quick drain valve installed in the chilled water system

It has the characteristics of simple structure, good sealing, small volume, light weight, and is particularly suitable for regular discharge of systems. At the same time, it has advantages such as corrosion resistance, impact resistance, and long service life.
At present, many enterprises do not install quick discharge valves at the end plates of industrial refrigerators. It will cause corrosion of the system pipelines. When using a chiller, the drain valve should be opened and closed three times a week to facilitate system drainage.
5. The cooling system water supply pipeline is not equipped with a water meter
The cooling system generally uses chemicals and microbial agents to treat water quality, which are used to kill and manage internal fungi, microorganisms, various types of dirt, etc. When using chemicals, a certain amount of chemicals should be prepared according to the amount of water replenished and the system water volume.
