Steps for calibrating permanent magnet synchronous motors:
motor
1. Determining the coordinates of the calibration starting point usually involves single component adjustment of the d-axis and q-axis components of the current, obtaining the gradient vectors of the d-axis and q-axis of torque variation with the current.
2. Calculate the test current based on the gradient vectors of the d-axis and q-axis of the torque and the target torque difference.
3. Determine the angle of the current vector based on the test current and the gradient vectors on the d-axis and q-axis.
4. Using the test current, current vector angle, and corresponding torque as the coordinates of the next starting point, calibrate the next current vector angle.

    • The calibration of permanent magnet motors mainly consists of two parts:
      1. Calibration of motor zero position
Methods include DC pulling, high-frequency injection, back electromotive force calculation, etc
      2. Motor parameter calibration
Rough scale: In fixed speed mode, given id and iq currents at certain current intervals, scan all points within the entire current limit circle, and then calculate the motor electricity based on recorded data such as ud and uq.
