How to reduce sound source noise in hydraulic press?

1. Modify the production process and choose low-noise hydraulic presses, improve machining and assembly precision to reduce mechanical vibration and friction noise, high-pressure, high-speed airflow to reduce the differential pressure and flow rate, or change the shape of the airflow nozzle.
2. Control on the way of spreading. The use of additional barriers to prevent the spread of noise, or the use of natural terrain such as hillocks, slopes, woods, bushes or not afraid of noisy tall buildings or add structures and so on.
3. Reasonable design from the overall layout. In laying out the plant and mine layout design, the press should be the main source of noise workshop or device special requirements for quiet workshop, laboratory, office, etc., or will be as noisy as possible to focus on the equipment, in order to facilitate the control.
4. Use the directional characteristics of the sound source to control noise. Such as the autoclave furnace exhaust steam, blast furnace venting, oxygen generator exhaust and other exhaust outlets toward the wilderness or the sky, in order to reduce the impact on the environment.
