Blowing air for exhaust: Using a cold air nozzle to blow cold air during the cutting process helps to lower the temperature of the cutting area, thereby reducing burning. When cutting PVC, toxic chlorine gas may be released, so it is necessary to ensure good ventilation in the cutting space and equip necessary suction and exhaust facilities.

Equipment selection and maintenance: PVC is usually processed using CO2 laser cutting machines, and the quality of the laser beam directly determines the processing effect. Before processing, it is necessary to ensure that the equipment has good performance, the optical path is not offset, and the focusing lens is not contaminated.
