Creality Chuck Rotation Help

Not sure what I’m doing wrong. Ortur LM2, 10W diode, creality chuck rotary.
That’s supposed to be a 0.25” circle. Ran it at 40 inches per min and the results speak for themselves. I’m confident the tumbler is not slipping in the chuck. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

11-06Ended up returning the chuck, I’m guessing the stepper motor was defective. Went with the roller for now, works much better for 1/3 the cost.
