RDV6445G cutting error.creates extra vertical cut lines

Hello, please describe the cause of the problem in the text, I didn't understand the specific reason in the video, thank you!

The laser will draw on extra vertical lines that don't exist in the file and destroyed the work piece.
I am working with RDVision software and I have  RDV6445G
