Hello, I am currently building a fiber laser with the following components

-Ruida rdc 6563 FG controller

-Z motor and driver Fuji GYB401D5-RC2-B and RYH401f5-vv2

-Raytools BT210S laser head

-Raycus RFL-C1500 laser source

-Water cooler S&A Pro Series CWFL-1500

I have problems with the cap calibration,

If I am more than 10mm away from the metal the cap calibration works but the curve is abnormal and if I start the cap calibration less above the material it aborts the process directly. I also noticed that the nozzle distance in the lfs check shows 0.5 mm on the display but in reality it is 20 mm.

I have measured the resistance and the value is 11.3 Ohm I have also checked the cables is the height sensor broken?

Does anyone have an idea?

Hello, according to your description, you can troubleshoot and solve it in the following steps: 1. When [Capacitance Calibration], you have pressed the [Stop] button 2. When [Capacitance Calibration], the cutting head is too high from the metal plate 3. When [Capacitance Calibration], the upper and lower limit switches are triggered 4. The motor does not actually rotate and causes timeout exit 5. Capacitance calibration has not been carried out for a long time 6. The capacitance calibration is not re-performed after replacing the capacitance sensor and other accessories 7. Part of the laser is scattered on the capacitance sensor, resulting in an increase in the temperature of the nozzle 8. The detected capacitance value changes greatly due to air blowing.
The corresponding solutions are as follows:
      1. When [capacitance calibration], first move the cutting head close to the metal plate 2, when [capacitance calibration], first manually move the cutting head to get out of the limit switch 3, first ensure that the motor can move normally 4, and re-calibrate the capacitance 5. Please check whether the lens is clean and ensure that the laser is not biased
      6. Please check whether the gas is dry and pure
