have a Creality Falcon2 22 watt laser. I am running the most current version of a licensed version of Lightburn on a Dell XPS with Windows 11. Everything was working fine yesterday but when I went to run a file from yesterday and a new one from today both frame and engrave upside down/backwards. I even went as far as to delete Lightburn and reinstall it. The job origin is set for the upper left hand corner. In Device Settings the Origin is also set for the upper left hand corner. Normally when it frames it leaves the upper left hand corner moves straight down then over to the right, back up then to the left. Now it leaves the lower left hand corner moves right, back up, then to the left. The engraving and any images come out mirroredlaser

I’m fairly certain that machine is a bottom-left origin machine. Change to bottom-left (front-left) in Edit->Device Settings. Job origin is irrelevant for burn orientation.

        • our Creality Falcon2 22 watt laser is experiencing an issue where framing and engraving appear upside down and mirrored. Here are some possible causes and solutions:
          Possible Causes
          1、Device Settings Origin Issue
Device Settings: Even though the origin is set to the top-left corner in "Device Settings," LightBurn may misinterpret the origin position. This could lead to incorrect movement calculations from the device's perspective.
          2、Rotation Tool or Mirror Settings
Mirror Settings: LightBurn has a mirror function that may accidentally be enabled, causing the mirrored behavior.
          3、Software Version Issue
Version Issues: While you're using the latest version, compatibility issues or settings conflicts could lead to unexpected behavior, especially on Windows 11.

          Solutions
          1、Check Device Settings Origin
Ensure that the origin is set to the top-left corner in LightBurn. Go to Device Settings and verify the origin is correctly configured.
          2、Check Mirror Functionality
Verify if the mirror function is enabled. Open LightBurn and go to Window > Mirror panel to ensure that this option is not enabled.
          3、Reinstall LightBurn
You have tried reinstalling LightBurn, but ensure that the drivers are correctly installed and that you are selecting the right device configuration.
          4、Check Device Drivers
Ensure that your Creality Falcon2 laser device driver is properly installed and that the device is properly connected. Try using a different USB port or cable to rule out hardware issues.
          5、Check Initial Position Information
Try setting up a simple file (e.g., a rectangle or basic shape) and check if framing and engraving results are correct. You may also swap the X and Y axis values to see if there are any changes.
          6、Adjust Origin Settings and Retest
If the origin settings are still problematic, try setting the origin to the bottom-left or right-top corner and retest. If this changes the behavior, the issue may stem from incorrect origin calculations.
