How to troubleshoot and solve the problem that the laser coding machine's krypton lamp cannot trigger

1. Check the power connection cable
Carefully inspect all power connection wires of the krypton lamp, including plugs, sockets, and wiring, for any looseness, detachment, damage, or other issues. If the connecting wire is found to be loose, it needs to be re plugged tightly; If there is damage, a new connecting wire needs to be replaced.

2. Check if the krypton lamp is aging
When the krypton lamp is used for a long time or at a high frequency, it is prone to aging, which can cause it to fail to trigger. Generally speaking, a krypton lamp has a certain service life, which can be determined by checking the device's usage records or judging whether it is aging based on the duration of its use. If it is confirmed that the krypton lamp is aging, it is necessary to replace it with a new one in a timely manner.

3. Check the working status of the laser power supply
The laser power supply provides the energy required to trigger the krypton lamp. If the laser power supply is not working properly, the krypton lamp cannot be triggered. Check if the output voltage and current of the laser power supply are normal. Professional voltmeters and ammeters can be used for measurement. If the power output is abnormal, the laser power supply needs to be repaired or replaced.

4、 Check the relevant control circuits
Malfunctions in the control circuit may also affect the triggering of the krypton lamp. Check if the fuse in the control circuit is blown. If it is blown, replace it with a fuse of the same specification; At the same time, check if there are any issues such as virtual soldering or desoldering in the solder joints of the circuit. If there are, they need to be re soldered.

5、 Check the optical path system
If the lenses, reflectors, and other components in the optical system are contaminated, damaged, or displaced by dust, it may cause the laser energy to not be transmitted to the krypton lamp properly, thereby affecting the triggering of the krypton lamp. Use clean lens paper or specialized optical cleaning tools to gently wipe the lens and reflector to remove dust and stains; And check if the fixing device of the lens and reflector is loose. If there is any looseness, adjust it to the correct position and fix it properly.
