Solution to the shaking of the laser marking machine head

1. If the motor burns out, generally not both machines will burn out. Just change the motor object that drives the output to test whether the other machine is normal. Motor damage can generally only be replaced by contacting after-sales service.

2. Drive failure. If the drive light does not light up or flashes continuously with a burnt smell while powered on, it is likely due to drive damage. Changing the drive output motor object or the drive input object can be used to determine whether the drive is burned out.
3. Computer malfunction. The simplest way to solve a computer malfunction is to replace it directly.

4. Line disconnection is a critical issue for the entire control system, and the two most susceptible areas for disconnection should be carefully monitored.

The connection between the motor and the drive (including the aviation plug) can be tested at the drive (A/A+two terminals are connected to one set of coils of the motor, B/B+two terminals are connected to another set of coils of the motor). Select the buzzer mode of the multimeter, and the two probes should contact the A/A+two terminals respectively (note that it is best to remove the two terminals for measurement). If there is a beep, it proves that the wiring is good. Otherwise, check these two wires.

It is recommended to unplug and reconnect the connection between the driver and control chip. It is best to unplug and reconnect each wire one by one to avoid confusion.

The above method can basically solve problems such as shaking of the machine head. If it still cannot be solved, it is necessary to contact after-sales maintenance for handling.
