laser cutting

Tools that need to be prepared
ESD Cleanroom Wiper
Anhydrous alcohol with a concentration of over 98%
Dust free cloth cotton swab
Masking Tapes
New protective lenses

Five steps for replacement

NO.1 Wipe
Wet the dust-free cloth with alcohol (cover the alcohol bottle cap in a timely manner to avoid accidental tipping), and gently wipe the laser cutting head protective mirror window around with the dust-free cloth. The purpose of this process is to prevent dust from entering the cavity during disassembly.

NO.2 Unloading
First, seal the copper mouth with masking paper, gently pull out the protective lens drawer, and seal the cavity with masking paper to prevent dust from entering. Rotate counterclockwise to remove the protective lens, and then place the lens on a dust-free cloth.

NO.3 Clear
Gently wipe the inside of the protective lens drawer and around the insert block with a dust-free cloth or cotton swab to clean it thoroughly and prevent dust from entering.

NO.4 Replacement
Take out the new protective lens, tear off one side of the protective paper, then gently cover the protective lens with the protective lens insert block, flip it over, tear off the protective paper on the other side of the lens, insert it into a pressure plate and lock it.

NO.5 installation
Tear off the masking paper, gently insert the protective lens plug into the cavity, and tighten the hex screw.

Precautions
1. When replacing protective lenses, be sure to hold the side of the lens and avoid touching the mirror surface;
2. Check the sealing ring. If the sealing ring is loose or aged, it needs to be replaced in a timely manner;
3. Avoid ventilation and turn off the fans and other ventilation equipment in the factory to prevent dust from falling onto the lenses;
4. After the installation of new lenses, the protective lenses should be checked regularly and cleaned and replaced in a timely manner.
5. When choosing protective lenses, be sure to choose original lenses.
