Adjusting the operating parameters of the laser cutting machine and setting the mechanical parameters is an important factor affecting the cutting speed. Generally speaking, if the parameters are not adjusted properly, cutting is not allowed. Parameters are similar to the related actions of a series of actions such as driving, starting, accelerating, etc. If the parameters are not set properly, just like when a car is starting, if you shift to second gear to start, it will shake when starting. When adjusting this parameter, the following two points should be generally noted:
Initial speed: As the speed set when the car starts to run, it is the same as the speed when the car just starts. Many people have such a misconception that the greater the initial velocity, the better. In fact, they are wrong. If the initial speed of the laser is set too high, the machine will shake.
Acceleration: acceleration means the speed of the fuel filler valve during the driving process, i.e. the time from the initial speed to the normal cutting of the machine. The cutting machine is a process of constantly starting and stopping when cutting in different modes. If the acceleration is set too low, the cutting machine will decelerate.
