1. Main drive system
It includes a power source, a transmission part and a main motion actuator (spindle), etc., whose function is to transfer the motion and power of the driving device to the actuator to realize the main cutting motion.
2 two feed transmission system
It includes power source, transmission parts and feed motion actuator (workbench, tool holder), its function is to transfer the servo drive device motion and power to the actuator, in order to achieve feed cutting motion.
3. Foundation support
It refers to the bed, column, guide rail, slide seat, workbench, etc., is the foundation and frame of the whole machine tool, support the main parts of the machine tool, and make them in static or motion to maintain a relatively correct position.
4. Auxiliary devices
Auxiliary device refers to the system and device that realizes the action and auxiliary function of some parts. The auxiliary devices vary according to the different CNC machine tools, and are selected according to the functional needs of the machine tools, such as automatic tool change system, hydraulic and pneumatic system, lubrication and cooling devices and chip removal protection devices.
CNC machine tools can be selected according to the degree of automation, reliability requirements and special functional needs, all kinds of damage monitoring, machine tool and workpiece accuracy detection, compensation devices and accessories. Some CNC machine tools used for special machining, such as electric machining CNC machines and laser cutting machines, have different spindle components than general CNC metal cutting machines, but the requirements for the feed servo system are the same.
