It is believed that everyone is familiar with the harmonic reducer. The harmonic reducer is a kind of machinery, which matches the speed between the prime mover and the working machine or the actuator, and transmits the torque. Robot joint reducer is a power transmission mechanism. It uses the speed converter of the gear to reduce the number of motor revolutions to the required number of revolutions. The torque is large, so that the speed is reduced and the torque is increased. However, due to the poor working environment, the reducer often suffers from wear and water leakage.
So how to avoid these failures?
1. During operation, if the oil temperature rises more than 80 ℃ or the oil pool temperature exceeds 100 ℃, causing abnormal noise, etc., stop using, check the cause, eliminate the fault, and replace the lubricating oil before continuing operation.
2. When changing the oil, wait until the reducer stops. There is no danger of combustion, but it should still be kept warm. Because the viscosity of the oil increases after the oil is completely replaced, it is difficult to drain the oil. Note: cut off the power supply of the transmission device to prevent it from being accidentally electrified.
3. The oil shall be replaced after 200~300 hours of operation, and the oil quality shall be checked regularly in the future use. The oil mixed with impurities or deteriorated must be replaced in time. Generally, for the reducer that has been working continuously for a long time, the oil shall be replaced once a year or 5000 hours of operation. For the reducer that has been out of service for a long time, the oil shall be replaced with new oil for another operation. The reducer shall be filled with oil with the same grade as the original one, and shall not be mixed with oil with different grades. It is allowed to mix oil with the same grade and different viscosity.
