1. Steering box
The steering box, also known as commutator and steering gear, is a power transmission mechanism and a series of reducers, which are widely used in the industrial field.
The steering box has single axle, double horizontal axle and single vertical axle, and double vertical axle can be selected. Speed ratios 1:1, 1.5:1, 2:1, 2.5:1, 3:1, 4:1 and 5:1 are all actual transmission ratios. The steering box can operate in both positive and negative directions, and the transmission at low speed or high speed is stable. When the speed ratio of the steering box is not 1:1, the horizontal axis input and vertical axis output are decelerating, and the vertical axis input and horizontal axis output are increasing.
Casing: high rigidity FC-25 cast iron;
Gear: the gear is made of high-quality high-purity alloy steel 20CrMnTiH by carburizing, quenching and grinding;
Main shaft: alloy steel quenching and tempering, high hanging load capacity;
Bearing: equipped with tapered roller bearing with heavy load capacity;
Oil seal: oil seal with double sealing lips, which can prevent dust and oil leakage;
Lubrication: proper use of lubricating oil can bring the efficiency of the steering box into play and improve its operating life.
2. Planetary gear reducer
Planetary reducer is widely used in servo, stepping, dc and other transmission systems because of its small size, high transmission efficiency, wide deceleration range, high accuracy and many other advantages. It is mainly used to reduce speed, increase torque and reduce the load/motor moment of inertia ratio on the premise of ensuring precision transmission.
Due to the structure of the planetary reducer, the minimum single-stage reduction is 3, and the maximum is generally not more than 10. The common reduction ratio is 3/4/5/6/8/10. The number of stages of the reducer is generally not more than 3. However, some customized reducers with large reduction ratios have 4-stage reduction.
Compared with other reducers, planetary reducers are characterized by high rigidity, high accuracy (within 1 point for a single stage), high transmission efficiency (97% - 98% for a single stage), high torque, volume ratio, life-long maintenance free, etc. Because of these characteristics, most planetary reducers are installed on stepping motors and servo motors to reduce speed, increase torque and match inertia.
3. Worm reducer
There are mainly cylindrical worm reducer, circular arc hourglass worm reducer, conical worm reducer and worm gear reducer, among which cylindrical worm reducer is the most commonly used.
Worm reducer is suitable for reduction ratio of 10~80. Compact structure, large transmission ratio, but low transmission efficiency, suitable for small power, clearance work occasions. When the peripheral speed V of the worm is ≤ 4~5m/s, the worm is lower mounted and the lubrication and cooling conditions are good; When V ≥ 4~5m/s, the oil agitation loss is large, and the worm is generally of the upper type.
4. Cycloidal pin gear reducer
characteristic:
1) High speed ratio and high efficiency single-stage transmission can achieve a reduction ratio of 1:87, and the efficiency is more than 90%. If multi-stage transmission is adopted, the reduction ratio is greater;
2) Compact structure and small volume Due to the adoption of the planetary transmission principle, the input shaft and output shaft are on the same axis, so that the model can be as small as possible;
3) Stable operation, low noise, large number of meshing teeth of cycloidal needle teeth, large overlap coefficient and the mechanism of balancing parts, so as to minimize vibration and noise;
4) Reliable use and long service life Because the main parts are made of high carbon chromium steel and have high strength after quenching treatment (HRC58~62), and rolling friction is used for some transmission contacts, they are durable and have a long service life;
5) With reasonable design, convenient maintenance, easy disassembly and installation, minimum number of parts and simple lubrication, cycloidal pin gear reducer is trusted by users.
