However, high brittleness, high hardness, poor heat dissipation, large coefficient of thermal expansion, and large amount of edge collapse have become important problems puzzling glass drilling technology.

4. Process from bottom to top. The laser passes through the material and focuses on the lower surface of the material. Remove the material layer by layer from the bottom. Features of green light model:
1. The whole machine of green light products is sealed to avoid light pollution, dust pollution and other problems;

2. The edge collapse of transparent glass material processed by green light can be controlled to 100 at most μ M or so.

 

Infrared model features:

1. Relatively low cost;
2. Light spot is relatively soft;
3. Disadvantages are large heat and large edge collapse, generally 300 μ M or so.
