(5) The choice of powder materials is almost unlimited, especially the cladding of high melting point alloy on the surface of low melting point metal;
(6) Laser cladding technology has good controllability and is easy to realize automatic control. The thickness of cladding layer can meet the predetermined geometric size requirements as required, and it can repair parts with complex geometric shapes, such as the gear profile of gears.
