What should be paid attention to when starting the industrial refrigerator

Industrial refrigerator is one of the water chillers. According to the cooling mode of the chiller itself, it can be divided into air-cooled chiller and water-cooled chiller. Water cooling is to use circulating water to cool the chiller. This type of chiller is relatively small in volume and low in noise. It is easy to operate and maintain when placed indoors, but it must be used with cooling tower and circulating water pump!

 

The following problems should be noticed when starting the industrial refrigerator:

 

(1) The industrial refrigerator should rotate the coupling 2-3 times, which should be flexible and not too tight.

 

(2) Turn the energy regulating handle to the minimum gear.

 

(3) Turn on the electric grip to start the refrigerator, and quickly open the exhaust valve of the refrigerator.

 

(4) After the motor runs at full speed, the oil pressure should be adjusted so that the oil pressure is 0.15 -0.3MPa higher than the suction pressure. If there is no oil pressure after starting, stop the machine immediately for maintenance.

 

(5) Slowly open the suction valve of the refrigeration screw press. When the refrigeration compressor starts normally, gradually open the suction chamber until it is fully opened. When opening the suction valve, if you hear the sound of liquid hammer, close the suction valve quickly, and then slowly open it after the sound of liquid hammer is eliminated.

 

(6) Adjust the energy regulation cycle of the refrigerator to the required position I step by step. The energy regulation cabinet should be adjusted step by step according to the load demand. Generally, shift the gear every 2-3min, and pay attention to observe whether the oil pressure changes during each gear. If the volume t is increased and the liquid hammer is heard, the volume t should be reduced immediately. Wait for 5-10 minutes to increase the volume again.

 

(7) After starting, observe the discharge pressure and working current of the water-cooled industrial refrigerator compressor. The exhaust pressure shall not be higher than 1.6MPa. The working current should conform to the setting value. When the current reading rises sharply, stop the machine immediately for inspection, and restart it after removing the fault.

 

(8) According to the liquid level of the high-pressure liquid storage tank and the load of the refrigeration compressor, open the relevant expansion valve of the regulating station to supply liquid to the nitrogen liquid separator or low-pressure liquid storage tank. When the liquid level of the low-pressure circulating pump is higher than 50%, start the nitrogen pump first and then the refrigeration compressor.

 

(9) Fill in the operation diary of the water-cooled industrial refrigerator. Record the start-up time, the suction and discharge pressure of the refrigeration compressor, the suction and discharge pressure, the oil pressure, the shaft seal pressure, the inlet and outlet pressure of the condenser and other operating conditions.

 

When users start the industrial refrigerator, they should pay attention to the above problems, and then they can use the temperature control equipment correctly.
