Explosion-proof servo motor is output with constant torque, which is fed back by encoder. Now the commonly used encoders include incremental photoelectric encoder, rotary encoder and absolute value encoder, which are used to ensure the operation accuracy and output torque accuracy of servo motor.
Our explosion-proof servo motor can also convert the voltage signal into torque and speed to drive the control object, which can control the speed and achieve accurate position accuracy. In addition to these, the explosion-proof servo motor has several characteristics, namely, small mechanical time constant, high linearity, starting voltage, etc. It can convert the received electrical signal into angular displacement or angular velocity output on the servo motor shaft.
To sum up, the advantages of explosion-proof servo motor are that it has fast response speed, large torque output, high dynamic response, high accuracy and high stability, which greatly surpasses the traditional stepping motor series.
