The laser water chiller has also developed from satisfying kilowatt laser at the beginning to satisfying the breakthrough of ten thousand watts laser cooling. The chiller can meet the cooling requirements of 40000W fiber laser, and is still developing towards greater cooling capacity.
3、 The temperature control accuracy is higher.
In the past, the temperature control accuracy of the water chiller was ± 1 ℃, ± 0.5 ℃ and ± 0.3 ℃, which can meet the cooling requirements of the laser. With the development of laser equipment refinement, the requirements for water temperature control are becoming higher and higher. The original temperature control accuracy can no longer meet the cooling requirements, especially the requirements of the ultraviolet laser. This has promoted the development of the water chiller to precision. At present, the cooling capacity has reached ± 0.1 ℃, which can more effectively stabilize the fluctuation of water temperature.
4、 Intelligent.
Industrial manufacturing is intelligent, and water chillers also meet the demand of industrial production. The special water chiller supports Modbus RS-485 communication protocol. It can remotely monitor the water temperature and modify the water temperature parameters. When it is not on the production line, it can also check the cooling condition of the water chiller at any time, and the temperature control is intelligent.
