The cooling temperature of the hydraulic oil inside the oil tank should be controlled between 55 and 65 ℃, and cannot be adjusted higher than 70 ℃. If the temperature of the hydraulic oil cooled by natural gas oil exceeds 70 ℃, the cooling oil and water pipe can be frozen in the hydraulic oil tank, or a thermostatic cooling tower can be set on the rotary feed oil circuit to control the change of the cooling oil temperature. At the same time, set the hydraulic oil tank pipeline to minimize the hydraulic interval between the hydraulic oil tank and the hydraulic actuator, reduce the horizontal bending of the hydraulic pipeline, and reduce the severity of the pressure oil loss in the tank.
2. Prevent contamination from entering the outside
Hydraulic oil is stored in gas, so safety precautions and control measures must be strictly taken to avoid gas pollution. Hydraulic combustion must pass through the hydraulic filter every time it enters the gas system.
Therefore, in the structural design of the system, in order to effectively prevent the direct invasion of dust, abrasive and other coolants in the operation of the oil tank, resulting in the pollution of the entire hydraulic oil tank, the gas dust filter can be installed on each breathing exhaust hole of the hydraulic oil tank or directly seal the oil tank with gas. The gas dust accessories can be sealed at the front and top of each hydraulic cylinder and piston rod as required, for regular inspection and replacement.
3. Improve filter performance
The performance of the filter is directly related to the environmental quality pollution of the hydraulic oil. Improving the performance of filter is an important control measure to effectively control oil pollution. High-performance hydraulic filtering device can effectively filter various pollutants generated by the internal and external environment of the hydraulic system, improve the comprehensive cleanliness of the hydraulic oil, and reduce the system leakage failure rate.
Therefore, during the production and operation of the equipment, the equipment production and operation technicians should constantly strengthen the use of filters, regularly check, clean and replace various filters to ensure the effectiveness of filters.
4. Reduce the damage of dynamic seals
For the serious oil dust seal ring and material leakage of the wear-resistant system during the production and use management of the mechanical equipment of the hydraulic production line, the oil seal brake load of the hydraulic piston rod and the hydraulic drive gear shaft shall be strictly controlled. With the help of the oil dust seal ring, shielding and other supporting facilities, the brake protection of the hydraulic piston rod can be strengthened to prevent pollutants from entering the hydraulic piston rod directly.
At the same time, select appropriate air purification and cleaning equipment, select the hydraulic oil tank that is convenient for cleaning, and clean the hydraulic oil tank with water in time to prevent these impurities from directly accumulating in the hydraulic oil tank, which will lead to abnormalities in the hydraulic system.
5. Regularly check and replace the hydraulic oil
Regularly check and timely maintain and replace various hydraulic oils, strictly control the quality of various hydraulic oil workers, and minimize the use of hydraulic oil similar to the manufacturer.
If no suitable method is found to replace hydraulic oil with different types of registered trademarks in the process of replacing the entire production system equipment, the internal parts of the entire production system equipment must be regularly and strictly maintained and cleaned before replacement, and all hydraulic oil of the original trademark model in the production equipment must be cleaned. All oil can be replaced with new trademark hydraulic oil, including the trademark hydraulic oil storage pipeline. Regularly conduct sampling inspection on the quality system of all trademark hydraulic oil equipment products in China to ensure that the quality system of all trademark hydraulic oil equipment products fully meets the specific needs of the normal production and operation of the entire production system equipment.
In case of poisoning or high pollution, cadmium content or exceeding the standard, the products must be replaced. Before we begin to prepare how to replace the new manual hydraulic oil, we should pay special attention to ensure that the system is clean.
