The selection of China's top 500 new economy enterprises was carried out by the China Enterprise Evaluation Association in conjunction with the China Economic and social data research center of Tsinghua University and the China Index Research Institute. In the evaluation of China's top 500 new economy enterprises, the city / valuation is selected as the main index of the evaluation of the top 500 new economy enterprises, and the six categories and nine sub indicators of enterprise size, growth rate, profitability, science and technology drive, talent employment, social public opinion are used as the correction indicators to revise the city / valuation, and finally produce the list of China's top 500 new economy enterprises.
The enterprises selected in the list this time include major enterprises in new economic hot spots such as Tencent, Alibaba, ByteDance, Huawei, Ningde era, etc. The list shows that the top 500 enterprises of the new economy radiate to the mainland with the East as the main venue, and Guangdong has the second largest number of enterprises after Beijing with 98 enterprises.
