In the rapid development of laser technology in the society, the application of refrigeration equipment is more and more widely, in industrial production, especially laser equipment, most of the cooling are cooled by laser chiller, but in the process of using laser chiller will inevitably encounter this or that problem, if the laser chiller in the work when there is a large temperature difference between water and water, how should we deal with it? The temperature difference between inlet and outlet water may occur under various factors.
1. The output cold capacity of the chiller is small. When there is a large temperature difference between the inlet and the exit water in the work of the laser chiller, we must first observe the current or voltage and other parameters of the chiller during operation to make a preliminary judgment to see whether the chiller itself is faulty or not fully loaded.
2. Poor heat transfer effect. When the reason is not found, we can judge by observing the heat transfer temperature difference between the water temperature and the evaporation temperature of the laser chiller to see whether it is because the scale of the heat transfer pipe is serious, affecting the heat transfer of the laser chiller.
3. Excessive water flow. By observing the difference in inlet and outlet water pressure of the evaporator and the current running of the pump, it is determined whether the inlet and outlet water temperature difference of the chiller is caused by excessive water flow.
The above are some reasons for the temperature difference between the inlet and outlet water of the laser chiller. We should always pay attention to some parameter data when the chiller is in operation at work. When we find that the data is wrong or there is a problem, we should stop the operation of the chiller in time to find out the reasons, so as not to cause greater damage to the chiller and lead to high maintenance costs of the chiller in the later period. If it is a problem that cannot be solved by itself, it is recommended to contact the chiller manufacturer to consult specific matters.
