1. Please ensure that the power socket of the chiller is in good contact and the ground wire is reliably grounded
2. Please ensure that the working voltage of the chiller ID is stable and normal (due to the sensitivity of the refrigeration compressor to power supply voltage, the normal working voltage of the chiller standard product is 200-250V, and the 110V model is 100-130V. If a wider working voltage range is indeed needed, it can be customized separately)
3. Mismatching power frequency can cause machine damage! (Please use a 50Hz or 60Hz model according to the actual situation)
4. To protect the circulating water pump, it is strictly prohibited to operate without water! (Before packing the new machine, the water storage tank has been emptied. Please ensure that the tank is filled with enough water before starting up, otherwise the water pump is easily damaged. When the water level in the tank is below the green range of the water level gauge, the cooling capacity of the cooling mechanism will slightly decrease. Please ensure that the water level in the tank is within the green range of the water level gauge, and it is strictly prohibited to use a circulation pump for drainage.)
5. Please ensure that the inlet and outlet channels of the chiller are smooth! (The air outlet on the chiller should be at least 50cm away from obstacles, and the side air inlet should be at least 30cm away from obstacles.)
6. The filter screen of the air inlet must be cleaned regularly (the dust screen must be removed and cleaned regularly, as severe blockage of the dust screen can cause the chiller to malfunction)
7. Please pay attention to the impact of condensate water (when the water level is lower than the ambient temperature and the ambient humidity is high, condensate water will be generated on the surface of the circulating water pipe and the cooled device. When the above situations occur, it is recommended to increase the water temperature or insulate the water pipe and the cooled device)
