There are mainly the following reasons:

1. As for our chiller, all the machines have been 100% performance tested before leaving the factory to ensure the normal operation of the machine. If the problem occurs during initial use, it may be the wrong type of chiller.

 

2. Another reason why the temperature of the water chiller does not drop at the beginning of the use is that there are some problems in the installation and setting between the water cooled chiller and the cooling tower, circulating pump and piping, which need to be carefully checked according to the installation diagram;

 

3. If this situation occurs after the industrial water cooler has been applied for most of the year or 1 year, it may be the following problems:

 

a. The heat exchanger of the refrigerator is too dirty. It is recommended to clean the heat exchanger and clean it regularly during subsequent use.

 

b. The refrigeration system of the water chiller leaks freon. It is suggested to find out the leak point, repair welding and add refrigerant;

 

c. It may be that the working temperature of the industrial water chiller is extreme, too high or too low, resulting in that the industrial water chiller cannot meet the requirements. In view of this situation, only a larger industrial water chiller can be selected to meet the working requirements.

 

4. It may be that the water source used has impurities, which are attached to the pipes between various equipment after long-term accumulation, resulting in small water flow. Therefore, the pipes between the equipment should be cleaned.
