1、 Refrigerating capacity

For example, 260W CO2 laser cutting machine is selected, and the special domain CW-5300 laser water chiller with a cooling capacity of 1800W is selected; For 400W CO2 laser cutting machine, a special domain CW-6000 laser chiller with a cooling capacity of 3000W is required; Only when the cooling capacity is matched, can good cooling effect be achieved.

 

2、 Head and flow
Different types of laser cutting machines have different requirements for the lift. Some require a lift of 12 meters, while others require a lift of 30 meters; Traffic can also be of different sizes; When selecting, check whether the corresponding chiller parameters meet the requirements.

 

3、 Temperature control accuracy
The chiller has multiple temperature control accuracy, ± 0.3 ℃, ± 0.5 ℃, ± 1 ℃, etc. It is matched according to the needs of the laser. The higher the temperature control accuracy, the smaller the fluctuation of water temperature. The stability of water temperature is an important factor to ensure the luminous yield.
