1. If the temperature in the surrounding environment of the laser marking machine exceeds 30 degrees, factories with good conditions can turn on air conditioning, while factories without air conditioning should try to achieve ventilation.
2. When it rains, or when the laser marking machine is placed in the basement, first floor, or near the river, it is necessary to use a hygrometer to measure the humidity near the marking machine. If the humidity is too high and the temperature of the marking machine's lens is very low, condensation is likely to occur, which seriously affects the normal operation of the laser machine. It can be done by shutting down the device, heating the indoor area to room temperature, or adding a drying agent around the marking machine's optical path.
3. The air-cooled laser marking machine should regularly clean the dust on the fan and light fixture holder.
4. The water-cooled laser marking machine needs to change the water once a week (when frequently used), and the dust screen of the chiller should also be cleaned daily.
5. During the marking process of the marking machine, the gas or dust generated by the interaction between the laser and the energy marking material should have a dust suction device. Limit the protection of laser lenses.
6. During the maintenance of the summer marking machine, it is also important to note that the temperature inside the entire device should not be too high. Excessive temperature can affect the stable operation of the laser power supply. It is recommended that all fans inside the laser marking machine chassis be turned on. If there are no fans, an additional fan should be added.
