2. Check the motor and driver
Conduct a comprehensive inspection of the motor and driver to see if there are any damaged or aged components. If any problems are found, damaged components or the entire motor/driver should be replaced in a timely manner. In addition, the service life of the equipment can be extended and the probability of failure can be reduced through regular maintenance and repair.
3. Adjust parameter settings
Reasonably adjust the parameter settings of the servo drive based on the actual application scenario and the performance characteristics of the motor. Ensure that parameters such as speed, acceleration, and position are within the bearing range of the motor. This can be achieved through detailed debugging of the system, and if necessary, refer to the device's user manual or consult the manufacturer's technical support.
4. Check the power supply system
Ensure that the power supply voltage is stable and meets the requirements of the motor. If necessary, install a voltage regulator or filter to improve power supply quality. Regularly inspect the power supply system to ensure the stability of power supply voltage and current, and avoid equipment failures caused by power supply issues.
