1. Clean and disinfect the chiller system
Cleaning, disinfecting, and removing dirt from chillers can eliminate sediment in equipment pipelines and prevent the growth of aquatic plants such as bacteria and algae. We know that bacteria and algae can grow wildly in winter, causing pipeline dirt in the following year and invisibly increasing the burden of equipment operation. So before closing the chiller, it is necessary to clean, disinfect, and remove scale correctly.

2. Clean up residual pipeline water in the cooling system
Avoid residual water corrosion of unit components after shutdown, and prevent copper pipes from freezing and swelling at low temperatures; Drain the residual water from the drain nut of the water pump to prevent the system from freezing and causing damage to the evaporator and condenser, resulting in refrigerant leakage and damage to the water pump impeller.

3. Clean the fan cover of the air-cooled chiller
By cleaning the components, the fan blades can be cleaned and free of debris and dust, which is beneficial for the heat dissipation of the unit and achieves efficient operation in the coming year.

4. Check the wear and tear of the components of the chiller unit
For example, bearings, shafts, and impellers should be inspected for clearance and wear according to the maintenance regulations of the chiller. They should be operated under the guidance of professional personnel, and damaged parts should be replaced and repaired.

5. Check and clean the dirt in the coil type water tank of the water tank
