2. According to the system working pressure and flow selection

High pressure and high flow, choose the piston pump; medium and low pressure gear pumps or vane pumps.

3. Choose according to the working environment

③ The overflow valve installed inside the hydraulic pump should not be used for system pressure regulation, but should only be used as a safety valve;
④ It should be avoided to merge the oil discharge pipes of several pumps into an equal diameter pipe before connecting them to the fuel tank;
⑤ Avoid connecting the drain pipe of the hydraulic pump to the main return pipe of the system;
⑥ Soft rubber or plastic pipes should be avoided as suction pipes for pumps;
⑦ The highest part of the oil pipe connected to the drain port on the hydraulic pump body should be avoided from being lower than the axis of the pump;
⑧ The installation position of the plunger pump should be lower than the oil tank level;
⑨ The outlet of the main overflow valve of the system and the leakage oil pipe of the hydraulic pump should not be directly connected to the suction pipe of the hydraulic pump;
⑩ Prohibit excessive coaxiality between the hydraulic pump shaft and the prime mover shaft after assembly.
