Fault performance
When the chiller of the laser cutting machine malfunctions, the following symptoms may occur:
1. The chiller cannot start or stop. This may be caused by power failure, motor failure, water pump failure, and other reasons.
2. The chiller produces excessive noise during operation. This may be caused by water pump failure, fan failure, or other reasons.
3. The water temperature of the chiller is abnormal. This may be due to poor cooling performance of the chiller or poor circulation of the coolant.
4. The chiller is experiencing water leakage. This may be caused by loose water pipe connections, poor sealing of the water pump, water tank leaks, and other reasons.
Troubleshooting methods
1. Check if the power supply of the chiller is normal and ensure that the voltage and current meet the requirements.
2. Check if the motor is functioning properly and running smoothly.
3. Check if the water pump is functioning properly and if the water flow is unobstructed.
4. Check if the coolant is clean, sufficient, and circulating smoothly.
5. Check if the cooling fan of the chiller is functioning properly and if there is any abnormal noise.
6. Check if the water pipes, water tanks, and other connecting parts of the chiller are tight.
Solution method
If the chiller cannot start or stop, you can check whether the power cord is easily burnt or loose, whether the motor is supplying water, and whether the water pump is working properly. If there are any problems, replace the power cord, motor, or water pump components in a timely manner.
If the noise of the chiller is too loud during operation, you can check whether the water pump is damaged or the impeller is detached, whether the fan is loose or deformed, etc. If the problem is minor, you can replace the relevant components yourself; If the problem is significant, it is recommended to hire professional technical personnel for maintenance.
If the water temperature of the chiller is abnormal, check whether the coolant has expired, is insufficient, or needs to be replaced. If the coolant problem is not significant, it can be strengthened in circulation to accelerate the cooling speed.
If the chiller experiences water leakage, it can be checked by replacing the pipes, inspecting the water pump, or sealing. If the problem is not significant, it can be resolved on its own; If the problem is complex, it is recommended to seek assistance from professional technicians.
