The current cooling system mainly includes water cooling and air cooling. In the field of laser marking, whether the equipment is cooled by water cooling or air cooling depends mainly on the power of the equipment itself.
For example, the power of semiconductor laser marking machine is relatively large, which is generally water-cooled, and the water-cooled cooling capacity is larger; Air cooling is generally applicable to low-power CO2 marking machines, optical fiber laser marking machines, UV marking machines, etc. The air cooling volume is small and the cooling capacity is ideal.
Whether it is water cooling or air cooling, the laser marking machine transmitter and Q drive are generally cooled. In general, high-power laser equipment and laser marking machine manufacturers use circulating water cooling because their lasers emit relatively large heat. For example, the power of optical fiber and low-power CO2 is relatively small (basically no more than 50W), so the heat of the laser is not large. It can be cooled by air cooling, which not only condenses the volume of the device, but also reduces the power consumption of the device. Several precautions shall be paid attention to when operating the laser marking machine:
1. During the processing of the laser marking machine, it is strictly forbidden to carry out idle running and random debugging of the power supply, and it must be operated according to the actual situation;
2. The laser marking machine of semiconductor series must not be produced and debugged when the water tank is not running or there is no water, because the laser machine of semiconductor series belongs to high temperature thermal processing, and cooling without water may cause serious consequences;
3. In the process of operation, if there is any abnormal phenomenon, the power must be turned off in time, so that a series of inspections and maintenance can be carried out after the mirror stops working;
4. If the laser marking machine of CO2 and semiconductor series is used, it must be operated according to the order of switching on and off to prevent damage caused by misoperation;
5. Whether water-cooled or air-cooled laser marking machines, the dirt inside the water tank or fan should be removed, and a regular cleaning work should be done. This not only has a good operability for the laser marking machine, but also greatly improves the service life of the equipment, and ensures smooth operation in the work.
