The cooling modes of hydraulic system mainly include water cooling, air cooling and refrigeration. But how are these cooling methods embodied?
1. Water-cooled type includes tubular type and corrugated plate type
① Tubular type
A. The cooling water flows through the tubes, and the oil flows through the tubes. The middle folded plate makes the oil flow in a folded way. The two-way or four-way flow mode is adopted to strengthen the cooling effect, and the heat dissipation effect is good. The heat dissipation series can reach 350~580W/(m2 · ℃).
B. It mainly includes fixed folding plate type, floating head type, double tube type, U-tube type, vertical type, horizontal type, etc.
② Corrugated plate type
A. Use the contact points formed by the overlapping arrangement of plate herringbone or inclined corrugated structure to make the liquid flow form turbulent flow under the condition of low flow rate, improve the heat dissipation effect, and the heat dissipation coefficient can reach 230~815W/(m2 · ℃).
B. It mainly includes herringbone corrugated type and oblique corrugated type.
2. Air-cooled
① Air cooling oil has simple structure, small volume, light weight, small thermal resistance, large heat exchange area, convenient use and installation, high heat dissipation efficiency, and oil heat dissipation coefficient can reach 116~175 W/(m2 · ℃).② It mainly includes indirect type, fixed type, floating type, support type, suspension type, etc.
3. Refrigerated
① The heat in the hydraulic oil is absorbed and discharged by using the freon refrigeration principle, with good cooling effect and convenient cooling temperature control.
② Mechanical refrigeration type mainly includes box type and cabinet type.
