Recently, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China approved and released 1036 industry standards (No.23 in 2022), of which 598 Lithium Ion Battery Electrode Coating Machine and 599 Lithium Ion Battery Cell Laminator are two industry standards for key products of lithium battery equipment. Under the guidance of Beijing Institute of Electrical Technology and Economics of Machinery Industry, Yinghe Technology led the drafting and formulation of the two industry standards, and several core technicians of Yinghe Technology participated in the two standards.
Two industry standards, namely, the Lithium Ion Battery Electrode Coating Machine and the Lithium Ion Cell Laminator, for the first time standardized the production and manufacture of the lithium ion battery electrode coating machine and the lithium ion cell laminating machine from the aspects of model composition, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marks, packaging, transportation, storage, etc, The release of these two industry standards will further promote the manufacturing specifications and industrial development of core production equipment for lithium-ion battery cells in China.
Up to now, there have been more than ten standards led or participated by Yinghe Technology, which has played a positive role in industrial development. The coating machine and laminating machine industry standards announced this time are mainly formulated by Yinghe, and these two products are the star products of Yinghe Technology. Through the application of new laser technology and highly innovative integration, the overall efficiency of the equipment is 0.15 s/p, comparable to the production speed of the winding process of 0.1 s/p, and the stable linear speed of laser cutting is up to 60 M/min, which has significant advantages in production efficiency, compatibility, stability, economic benefits, etc.
