First, expand the sensing range, that is, add more sensors in the motor control scheme, such as vibration sensors, to monitor the motor's operating status through vibration, so that the motor can be sensed in advance, maintained, or automatically repaired before it fails.
The second is the processor. In the past, DSP was popular for motor control, but after evolution, various solutions emerged. In terms of hardware, MCU is now commonly used, and more functions are added to MCU peripherals, such as fast ADC, grid driver, power module, and motor control PWM peripherals; In terms of software, more AI algorithms can be added, such as environment awareness information processing algorithm, self parameter identification algorithm, etc.
