1、 The chiller does not start, and the indicator does not light up
(1)The voltage is not normal
Check the power supply and confirm the three-phase balance
(2) Fuse blown
Replace fuse
(3)Transformer burnt out
Replace the transformer or change the power supply to three-phase four wire
2、 The compressor runs continuously but the cooling capacity is insufficient
(1)Overload
Reduce load
(2) Abnormal cooling water circulation
Check the temperature of the radiator and whether the pressure radiator tower and circulating water pump operate normally
(3)The condenser is not clean or the fan is damaged
Clean the condenser or replace the fan
(4) Insufficient cold water flow
Check whether the water pump is blocked or stops operation. Add a bypass circuit to increase the cold water flow
(5) Evaporator icing
Discharge the cold water, open the make-up water, and start the water pump to circulate continuously until the evaporator is defrosted
3、 The compressor overload lamp is on
(1)The voltage is not normal
Check the power supply and confirm the three-phase balance
(2)Overload operation of compressor
Reduce load
(3)Abnormal cooling water circulation
Check the temperature and pressure of cooling water, water tower and water pump for normal operation
(4)Compressor fault
Check the compressor and replace it if necessary
After maintenance, press the reset system to operate the chiller again
4、 Water pump overload lamp is on
(1)The voltage is not normal
Check the power supply and confirm the three-phase balance
(2)Water pump impeller is blocked
Clean the water pump and replace the whole pump if necessary
(3) Water pump motor failure
Check the bearing and coil, and replace the whole water pump if necessary
After maintenance, press the reset system to operate the chiller again
5、 Fan overload light is on
(1)The voltage is not normal
Check the power supply and confirm the three-phase balance
(2) Fan motor fault
Check the bearing and coil, and replace the whole fan if necessary
After maintenance, press the reset system to operate the chiller again
6、 High/low voltage fault lamp is on
(1)The condenser is not cleaned or the fan is damaged
Clean the condenser or replace the fan
(2)The cooling water circulating system is normal
Check the temperature and pressure of cooling water and whether the water pump of water tower operates normally
(3)Overload
Reduce load
After maintenance, press the reset system to operate the chiller again
7、 The compressor continues to operate but cannot cool
(1)Insufficient cold water flow leads to low refrigerant pressure
Check whether the water pump is blocked or stops operation. Add bypass circuit to increase water flow
(2)Refrigerant leakage leads to low pressure
Close the inlet and outlet valves of cooling water and cold water, discharge the remaining refrigerant, add high-pressure nitrogen () to test for leakage, find out the leakage position, vacuum after repair, add refrigerant, and open the inlet and outlet valves of cooling water and cold water
(3)Expansion valve or filter blocked
Discharge all refrigerant, replace expansion valve or filter, vacuum and add refrigerant
8、 The cooling water flow fault lamp is on
(1) The cooling water flow is blocked
Check whether the valves between cooling water are closed or blocked by sundries
(2)Insufficient cooling water flow
Check whether the water pump is blocked or stops operation
9、 Chilled water flow fault lamp is on
(1)Blocked chilled water flow
Check whether the valves between the chilled water flows are closed or blocked by sundries
(2)Insufficient chilled water flow
Check whether the water pump is blocked or stopped
10、 The water pump starts, but the compressor does not start, and the indicator light does not light up
(1)Time system failure
Check whether the electronic board or timing system is loose or damaged, and replace the whole board if necessary
(2)The magnetic switch of compressor is burnt out
Replace the magnetic switch system
(3)Failure of temperature control meter or thermocouple
Replace the temperature control meter or thermocouple
(4)Compressor fault
Check the compressor and replace the whole compressor if necessary
