The working principle of water-cooled water chiller is to first inject a certain amount of water into the water tank in the machine, cool the water through the small water chiller refrigeration system, and then send the low-temperature cooling water into the equipment to be cooled by the water pump. The small water chiller chilled water will take away the heat and then return to the water tank after the temperature rises, to achieve the cooling effect.

 

How to remove air from water cooled industrial chillers? The specific operation procedure is as follows:
1) Close the liquid valve or condenser.

 

2) Start the compressor, and the refrigerant in the low pressure section is collected in the condenser or liquid storage unit;

 

3) Close after the pressure of the low-pressure system is reduced to a stable vacuum state.

 

4) Loosen the screw exhaust shut-off valve of the bypass hole, turn it clockwise half circle, and the handle of the exhaust valve makes the valve in the triple shape, so that the high-pressure gas escapes from the bypass hole.


When you block the air flow with your palm and feel the smell of air and oil, it means that the atmosphere is almost complete. You should tighten the screw plug, reverse the rotation of the exhaust valve handle, and close the bypass hole.

 

5) Note that the time should not be too long. It can be continued for 2-3 times to avoid waste of refrigerant. If a backup shut-off valve is installed on the top of the condenser or battery, air can be released directly from the valve.

 

6) The air separator returns to the gas valve from the air separator, which is placed in a normal state so that the pressure of the air separator reaches the inlet pressure, and other valves must be closed.

 

7) Open the mixed gas inlet valve properly to separate the mixed gas in the cold water of the cooling system of the water-cooled industrial water chiller from the air.

 

8) Slightly open supply valve makes the ammonia liquid vaporize and absorb heat in the air separator that suffocates the human body, and cools the mixed gas.

 

9) The rubber oil pipe connecting the exhaust port is inserted into the water containing the water tank. When the ammonia in the mixture is cooled to ammonia, the bottom of the air separator is frosted, and the vent can be slightly opened and discharged through the water tank.If the water in the rising process of the bubble is round, there is no volume change, the temperature of the water is not turbid, and the air is released, the valve should be properly opened at this point.

 

10) The ammonia in the mixture gradually condenses into ammonia water and accumulates at the bottom. When the liquid level reaches 12, the liquid height can be seen from the frosting state of the tank, the liquid throttle valve is closed, and the liquid throttle valve is opened.
Return the lower ammonia liquid to the air separator to cool the mixed gas. When the frost layer at the bottom melts, close the liquid throttle valve and open the liquid throttle valve.

 

11) Once the air of the water-cooled industrial water chiller stops, the valve must be closed to prevent ammonia leakage, so that the liquid throttle valve and the mixture inlet valve will be closed. Do not close the return valve to avoid increasing pressure in the exhaust device.
