How to maintain the industrial water chiller?
The start and stop sequence of the water chiller must ensure the normal operation of the air conditioning host after starting, and must ensure that:
① The condenser has good heat dissipation, otherwise, the high pressure protection device of the industrial water chiller will be shut down due to the high cold-condensation temperature and the corresponding condensation pressure, and even cause failure.
② The cold water in the evaporator should circulate, otherwise it will stop because the cold water temperature is too low, resulting in the action of the cold water temperature protection device, or because the evaporation temperature and the corresponding evaporation pressure are too low, the low pressure protection device of the chiller will stop, or even lead to the freezing of the cold water in the evaporator and damage the equipment. Therefore, the starting sequence of the water chiller is: (must be strictly observed) the cooling tower fan is on ->the cooling water pump is on ->the cooling water pump is on ->the water chiller is on ->the cooling tower fan is off ->the cooling water pump is off ->the cooling water pump is off
Precautions for maintenance of water chiller
① During shutdown, the industrial water chiller should be shut down half an hour before work, and the water pump should be shut down after work, which is conducive to saving energy, avoiding fault shutdown and protecting the unit.
② Before running the refrigeration cycle, confirm that the heating cycle pipeline valves have been closed.
