When a fan is not running, there may be several reasons:

1. The power cable of the fan is loose or damaged. If the cable is loose, secure the cable connection. If the cable is damaged, replace it.
2. The motor winding of the fan is burned out. Replace the motor or rewind group.
3. The fan relay and control board are damaged. Replace the fan relay and control board.
4. The bearing of the fan is damaged. Replace the bearings of the fan.
5. The air filter is blocked. If the filter is too dirty, it will not be able to transport air to the outside of the machine, clean or replace the filter immediately.
6. The fan module is improperly installed and the switch is off. Reinstall the fan. Ensure that the fan is firmly installed and does not shake or fall off. Ensure that the switch of the fan is on during operation.
