In today's technology field, Juguang Technology released two highly anticipated high-power semiconductor lasers on December 13th: GS09 and GA03. These two products are leading the innovation wave in the laser industry with their miniaturized design, excellent thermal management capabilities, and extensive customization flexibility.

GS09 revolutionizes chip spacing by compressing the width of the stacked light emitting region from 0.73mm to 0.43mm, supporting up to 10 bar of chip count and achieving an astonishing 1000W peak power output. And GA03 has made a breakthrough in size by significantly reducing the width from 18.2mm to 7.45mm, maintaining a single bar output power of about 200W and supporting laser peak output of up to 6000W.

GA03 optimizes the conduction structure to efficiently transfer heat from the chip to the cooling water channel, maintaining the same output power while extending the product's lifespan. Both products have achieved a sustained lifespan test of 10 ^ 9 pulses, providing users with a more reliable user experience.

These two products have excellent flexibility and can freely customize the number of bars and output power according to customer needs, suitable for various application fields. GA03 has been successfully applied in the high-power semiconductor laser side pump module SP series of solid-state lasers (DPSSL), demonstrating a peak pump power output of up to 5000W and excellent performance indicators, thus winning the 2023 Innovation Award.

The emergence of these two lasers will inject new vitality into the technology field, helping users achieve product designs with smaller sizes and higher power output, while reducing costs and bringing more efficient solutions to the photon application field. At this moment, Juguang Technology once again proves its leading position and determination to continuously innovate in the field of laser technology.
