In today's life, the use of synchronous belts is becoming increasingly common, and its shadow can be found in large machinery such as machine tools, cars, small printers, copiers, and other small household appliances. The synchronous belt itself does not have accuracy, but its accuracy can be determined by whether there is a load when using the connected motor. The following mainly discusses the accuracy of synchronous belt transmission in three situations: open loop, semi closed loop, and closed loop.

gearing

1. Under open-loop conditions
When using synchronous belt transmission, the accuracy is not very high, and due to the deformation of the wheel belt to a certain extent, its repeatability is poor, making it impossible to finely divide the accuracy like ordinary gears. In this case, choosing some high-quality and well crafted synchronous belts can reduce deformation and improve accuracy.

2. Under semi closed loop conditions
In a semi closed loop situation, the feedback unit of the machinery generally exists on the motor of the overall technical equipment of the enterprise. In this case, the synchronous belt can only be improved to a certain extent by analyzing two different methods. Firstly, purchasing better equipment to ensure higher accuracy of the transmission itself, and secondly, continuously improving the accuracy of the internal control environment system.

3. Under closed-loop conditions
In this case, it is necessary to study the special component of the grating ruler, as the accuracy of the grating ruler and the accuracy of the control system jointly determine the accuracy of synchronous belt transmission. The synchronous belt is elastic, and it is unclear whether mosquitoes will be misaligned when used on the printer, depending on their accuracy.
