10-24You need the ground and PWM from the controller. You need to tie the grounds of the 12 and 24 power supplies together. You’ll need the +12V from the laser power supply for the laser. Alternatively (and you’d have to investigate), it’s quite possible that you could run the controller on the 12V supply if you don’t have something like an air assist pump that needs 24V. The steppers will run better at 24V, though, so best to just use two supplies as above. Make sure the grounds (DC negatives) of the two power supplies are securely tied together so you don’t get inadvertent triggering of the laser.

10-25I don’t think so. In your picture, I see six wires, they should be VCC, VCC, GND, GND, PWM, FlameSensor Sometimes, either the VCC or GND lines get tied together or only one is used.
