I have a longer Ray5 10watt, first laser and have had about 5 mths now. I upgraded to a enclosure, limit switches, air pump and camera. Everything is mostly good except the 5 mp camera from longer. It’s from longer and is set at the correct height. The average offset is around 1 1/2mm to 2 1/2mm depend on where it’s at on the work are. Over all it works, But when you get in it’s really out of focus. Does anyone else have a similar problem? 5 mp over a distance of 450mm should be crystal clear.

Try cleaning the camera lens, there is a lot of smoke, tar, smoke, and dust in the sink. Otherwise, on Windows, on the Start menu, find the camera, select the correct camera, enable professional settings, and check the resolution and autofocus. If this is still the case, please ensure that your camera is level, at the correct height, and well centered. You can also try recalibrating by placing a piece of paper or other object under the calibration target, using cellular interference calibration, and software with a hole. On top of me, I glued a thin microscope glass slide, which is cheap and can avoid worries because cleaning the lens (at the bottom of the hole) is inconvenient.
