The main reasons for the loss and insufficiency of system pressure in the hydraulic transmission system are as follows:
The power of the hydraulic pump is small, the rotating speed is not up to standard, and the steering direction of the hydraulic pump is incorrect;
The valve core is jammed, resulting in unloading;
The oil temperature exceeds the specified range, the oil absorption is not smooth, and the liquid level does not meet the specified standard;
Leakage and component damage caused by improper sealing;
After opening the overflow valve, the damping hole is blocked, the spring cannot play its due role, and the valve core cannot be closed.
Treatment method:
It is necessary to detect the power source of the hydraulic transmission system and thoroughly clean the cooling system/oil suction pipe and damping hole;
Replace the spring and add hydraulic oil;
Ensure the effective operation of the valve core in the valve body, repair or replace the faulty components;
Check the connection and sealing degree of the system pipes, valves, pumps and other parts, replace the sealing parts, and enhance the sealing effect;
Repair and adjust the system housing and valve core.
