Recently, the 2024 (21st) World Brand 500 ranking list exclusively compiled by World Brand Lab was released in New York, USA. HENGTONG brand participated in the selection for the first time, standing out from more than 8000 participating brands in 32 countries worldwide and ranking 395th on the "Top 500 World Brands" list.

 



This year, there are a total of 21 new brands on the global list, of which 4 are from China (including Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan). HENGTONG ranks among the top in the three key indicators of brand influence evaluation in the World Brand Lab - Market Share, Brand Loyalty, and Global Leadership, demonstrating strong brand competitiveness and ranking 11th among newly listed brands worldwide.

World Brand Lab is a leading global brand consulting, research, and evaluation organization, with experts and consultants from numerous top universities around the world. Since 2004, the World Brand Report has been released for 21 consecutive years and has become a globally recognized authoritative evaluation list. The number of Chinese brands selected this time (50) ranks third globally.

HENGTONG made its debut on the Fortune Global 500 list and entered the top 400, reflecting the achievements of the group's globalization of industries, services, brands, and responsibilities.

In 2013, HENGTONG actively responded to the "the Belt and Road" initiative and put forward the development strategy of "looking at the world map as an enterprise and going out along the the Belt and Road". Since establishing its first overseas industrial base in Brazil in 2012, HENGTONG has now established 12 overseas industrial bases and over 40 overseas marketing and technical service companies worldwide. Its products and technical services cover more than 150 countries and regions, with a global fiber optic market share of over 15%, ranking among the top three in global fiber optic communication and ocean communication, and among the top four in global high-voltage submarine cables.

Nowadays, HENGTONG has undertaken more than 100 international ocean optical network projects in dozens of countries around the world, making it the only enterprise in China with the full value chain service capability of international ocean fiber optic communication, including global sea area survey and design, research and development, manufacturing, and operation and maintenance services. In order to promote the information connectivity of the "the Belt and Road", HENGTONG has independently invested in the construction of China's only overseas international maritime communication trunk line, with a total length of 25000 kilometers, connecting the three continents of Asia, Africa and Europe, covering more than 20 countries and regions, benefiting more than 6 billion people along the line, and contributing to serving national strategies and building a community with a shared future for mankind.

Meanwhile, HENGTONG has undertaken dozens of clean energy projects for offshore wind power worldwide, accumulating over 2.5 gigawatts, equivalent to saving 1.5 million tons of coal and reducing 5 million tons of carbon dioxide emissions annually.
